PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment :
The first step regarding the orders you have placed on Goldsoft.com.tr is to check the payment. For purchases you will make via Wire Transfer / EFT or Credit Card Payment system, the delivery period starts when the order amount is transferred to our accounts. (Orders placed after 15.30 hours are processed the next day) and the stock status is checked, the ordered products are delivered to the cargo within 5 (five) working days at the latest, upon the supply of the products from the supplier.
Payment by Wire Transfer and EFT:
Your money order / EFT payment orders that are not credited within 3 (three) business days will be deemed invalid.
In the purchases made with the money order / EFT system, making a notification by filling out the money transfer notification form from the user menu after the money order / EFT is made will contribute to the faster delivery of your product.
Payment by Postal Check :
It has similar features with the money order / EFT system. It is necessary to make a transfer to our account with the PTT Postal Check number specified in the system. After the remittance transaction is made, making a notification by filling out the remittance notification form from the user menu will contribute to the faster delivery of your product.
Pay at the door :
In your orders with payment option at the door, if deemed necessary, the order is processed by obtaining the customer's approval over the phone. For this reason, the number you have specified must be a number where we can reach you. In the payment option at the door, the information that the payment will be made by cash or credit card at the door must be specified at the time of order. For payments by credit card at the door, there is no installment payment to the credit card, but collection is made as a single payment. In addition, the person to whom the product will be delivered and the credit card holder must be the same person.
In cases where payment at the door option is selected, 5 TL (Three Turkish Liras) is automatically added to the total amount as payment at the door. The payment at the door is a different service from the cargo (handling) price, and an additional fee is paid to the cargo company. This price is an amount determined by the cargo company and is not directly related to our company. If you have chosen the option to pay at the door for your purchases of 70 TL or more, it will be sufficient to pay only the payment at the door.
Shipping (Delivery):
Shipping costs for orders with the amount of 70 TL or more are covered by our company. For orders with an amount less than 70 TL, the shipping cost is calculated by the system and added to the total amount automatically. You can see the total of the product and shipping cost in the previous stage before the order is finalized.
Note: In regions where there is no branch of the contracted cargo company and where mobile transportation is made, the cargo is sent with a counter payment (mobile transportation fee is paid by the buyer). The shipping fee paid to the system will be refunded again.
Domestic delivery times of cargo companies vary between 1 and 5 days. (It varies with the distance of the delivery address to the cargo branch in your city). Cargo tracking information about your order is sent to your e-mail address registered in the system as soon as possible following the delivery of the cargo. By logging in as a member, you can access the cargo tracking information from the My Orders section in the user menu at the top right, or you can find out the cargo tracking information by contacting customer service via e-mail or telephone.
